Hi what I have to do if my Mac turns off even it has more than 20%

persent power, when I charge my mac in it turns on around 10 percent.

Problem when magsafe is connected I have a macbook pro M1 2021. It is always connected to power with the magsafe. The battery was always on 80% as it should be. Since one week it charges to 100% what I didn't ask for. But the worse is that from the moment it is at 100% every one to two minutes the light on the magsafe goes out for a second and a peep is heart when the light is on again. I've tried the poweradapter and magsafe from my wife but it acts the same. I drained the battery until the computer stopt working but that no effect, Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you.

BRAND NEW 2020 M1 MacBook Air dies unexpectedly at 40-50%. I have a brand new MacBook Air that works completely fine except the battery is dying at 40% charge. Initially this issue was happening on a different Mac of the same model that I bought a week ago, so I took it down to Best Buy to get it replaced today and 6 hours into using it it dies at 53%... On both Macs when I turned it on it would display a completely different battery percent (on the old Mac it displayed 1%, on this Mac it displayed 20% and then shot up to 60% after a restart) This is not a battery issue because my Mac and battery were both manufactured December 2022. I updated both Macs from 13.0 -> latest but the issue STILL persists. I highly doubt that this could be a hardware issues because it is happening on BOTH of the Macs that I got. What have I done about this issue on BOTH devices? -reset SMC (did nothing) -run hardware diagnostics (both devices have said no issues found...) -called apple support (they told me to update the os and the issue still persisted) -checked battery capacity (100%... what a shocker because they were both manufactured 3 months ago) -replaced my first MacBook for this one (issue is affecting more than one device)

—A SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies;

then reboot as normal and compare your results
