contact showing up as me

i have an iphone 11. when i go to change my profile on settings or something, when i change it, it changes my moms name/picture. she has a complete different phone number. so i cant change my profile on apple without changing my moms, any help? my mom has also tried to fix it but nothing.

My contact is using the wrong information My contact information isn’t using my name letters. It is using my wife’s iPad letters for my contact info. This just started. How do I correct the problem
