Beats Studio buds, disconnects left side

I tried this with 2 iPhones, always happened the same. As soon as I pair the Beats Studio buds, it shows 100% charged in each bud, and 100% charged in the egg. I can count 3-4 seconds, and the left side bud just disappear from the screen, and obviously not sound in the left side bud. The right one is still on and shows it in the screen also.

I have other pair of buds, they work just fine in any iPhone.

just this pair, I have never used it before and first try that happened

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

I had the same problem and solved it by noticing that once the broken one (right) was placed in case, left one made a noise. Issue was with contact pins it was not making proper contact. I took a wet wipe and cleaned the bud and the case pins and now it works.

I have the exact same issue!! It’s just that mine is the right one. The left works great and as you mentioned, it shows and after a few seconds it disappears and I can only listen on one side. I’ve tried everything and also pairing them with other phones. Seems that the problem are our actual beats :(
