Sonos

I'm using the Sonos app, and trying to add my Apple music as a service just as I did with Spotify. When I attempt to login with my Apple ID, I continually get the message "we've run into a problem. try again." I've changed my Apple ID and have also contacted tech support at Sonos who didn't seem to know what to do. All I want to do is be able to play my Apple Music/iTunes through my Sonos system. Thoughts? Thanks!

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.


We understand you're unable to sign in with your Apple ID on Sonos. Since making changes to your Apple ID, have you been able to make sure the Apple ID works by signing in to the Apple ID site?


Manage your Apple ID


If login works, make sure that you have a stable internet connection. Try removing the Apple Music app and reinstalling.


Contact Sonos support if you're able to sign in everywhere with your Apple ID, but this issue continues on this device.
