Exporting Apple Workouts (NOT HEALTH) data to excel

Hi. I'm a fairly serious runner and need to analyze my Apple Watch/Workout (not Health) data in much more detail than is available on the phone. For example, I use the Heart Rate Zones extensively for training, and need to be able to see total Zone 2 time over a week, month, and entire training period. I also need to see trends over time, including how my Zones correlate with my pace/vice versa. I could easily do this in Excel, but I don't see a straightforward way to export the data (.csv or otherwise). I do see the "export all Health Data" option but I don't need all of that - just workouts. Help!

Hello tfcullen,

We see you are asking about exporting specific Health data from your Apple Watch Ultra to a spreadsheet on your computer. If these steps don't help you accomplish that, we'd recommend providing feedback at the official online form for Apple.

Share your data in Health on iPhone

Providing feedback on features or capabilities you'd like to see for future use on your Apple Watch Ultra will help Apple see what their users are looking for.
