I change Apple ID and password and after that on my PC with iCloud for Windows I cannot sign out of old Apple ID

I change Apple ID and password and after that on iCloud for Windows I cannot sign out of old Apple ID and sign in to new Apple ID and password. I cannot do anything. Windows is permanently open some login screen asking old Apple ID and password. But Windows do not accept neither old pswd nor new pswd. I am in some vicious circle without way out.

I am on Windows10.

This is basically where there is a flaw in Apple’s design to keep us more secure. Which in essence it does. Once we are attacked, it’s over for ALL devices, not just Apple devices.

They explain it very clearly in the Apple Platform Security and Deployment guide in a Barney like fashion. Unfortunately, the company, Apple, is not cohesive. The multiple departments don’t communicate.

If you are truly a consumer, and someone illegally enrolls you in a developer, education, business, health, or government program, then they can control ANY device you own: TVs, Cars, Phones, computers, printers, security systems, ****… light bulbs.

In the guide, the explain that once your device or ID becomes managed or supervised, there is NOTHING Apple or the original manufacturer can do. Between the silicon, new m2 chip, Secure Enclave, AES Encryption, and boot on start out the box. It’s over. Your identifiers continuously build and all of these companies have partnerships: all phone carriers, all social platforms, A*S, Goog, Mikroso, gith, slac, cisWe’x, appl… and there are 1000s of us looking for the same answers.

i AM an attorney! The reality is that all of these companies have indemnified themselves for now.

But, Mikro published an article about the issue last June but it just ghasn’t been handled.

I’ve been going through it since 2029. Based on my research it looks like it started around 2016 which is when my Mikro account and Gma accounts were taken. I just didn’t find out until 2020.

Hopefully some one will review the zero touch, nfc, ble , bluethooth, radio emissions , carrier, network, and email migration mdm enrollments and ensure there is WRITTEN CONSENT for anyone in these situations.

Hi zoran57,

This page has the seps for after you change your Apple ID and/or password. See if fiollow9ng them helps you get past that previous Apple ID request.

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support

Windows PC
Open iCloud for Windows and click Sign Out.
• If you're signed out, sign in with your updated Apple ID and password. The data in iCloud will automatically appear on your device after you sign in.
• If you're signed in with your previous Apple ID:
1. Click Sign Out. Depending on what iCloud options are turned on, you'll be asked if you want to make copies or delete iCloud data (Contacts, Calendar, Reminders, Bookmarks, Photo Stream) from your PC. Click Delete. Your data will remain in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
2. Sign in with your updated Apple ID and password.

If you're still unable to sign in with your new Apple ID password, contact Apple Support, so they can look into this with you.

All the best!

Hi,

Thanks everybody for contribution. I finnaly found the solution of this issue.

The problem was that I could not regulary sign-out of old AppleID on my PC. Therefore I cannot use standard procedures and recommendations.

But I did following on PC /Windows 10:

  1. Start Windows Preferences (SET-up)- > select Application
  2. I select iCloud application, than choose Advanced options
  3. Scroll down to the "Back to default" (back to original setup after installation)
  4. The effect was similar as sign out. After that step there were no iCloud data on my PC anymore.
  5. Than I started iCloud application from the list of applications in PC / Windows
  6. It prompts me to enter AppleID and password and it was successful login (sign-in) on Windows
  7. Important steps: I restarted PC 2 times to enable initial synchronisation of iCloud photos and after that iCloud Drive. PC did not start synchronisation after first login to iCloud.
  8. Of course than you have to wait some time that PC synchronizes all files and folders from iCloud to PC iCLoud Drive.

Hi, thanks for the answer. I give here more details:

I did not create new AppleID Account, I have just changed the login name for AppleID. I did it few months ago and everything worked OK on iPhone, iPad and on PC Windows (I use iCloud for Windows).

But 2 days ago I have changed password for AppleID through the browser from PC / Windows. After that I can normaly sign-in from PC / Windows browser to Apple account. I can use iCloud Drive through the browser on my PC/Windows. Also everything works fine on my iPhone and iPad after password change.

The problem is only on iCloud Drive on PC / Windows because it still remembers my previous AppleID and ask me for the password. But it does not accept neither old nor new AppleID password. And I can not change the AppleID to the new one because the old one is fixed somewhere in iCloud for Windows application.

I change Apple ID and password and after that on my PC with iCloud for Windows I cannot sign out of old Apple ID
