Apple relay email forwarding issue
I created an account on a well-known retailers website using my Apple ID and then made a purchase via Apple Pay on my iPhone. The invoice unfortunately did not arrive in the forwarding email address associated with the Apple relay account for that website.
I confirmed on the retailers website that the Apple relay email address associated with the account I created, matches the Apple relay email address listed for the e-commerces website on Apple’s AppleID website. I further confirmed on Apple’s website that email forwarding is turned on for the e-commerce’s site and that the forwarded email address listed on the AppleID website is correct.
is the issue with Apple or the E-comm site? How do I resolve the problem?
