Apple Books Highlights

I was reading a book that I previously read in 2021 and I realized when I was reading and I came across a highlight I don't remember putting so I click on it and the quote it showed me wasn't what was highlighted on the page. It was from a different part in the book. It seems to be that way for all of the previous highlights. It's doing this on my phone, iPad and my MacBook.
