How can I update my software with cellular data?
The iPhone only allows me to use WiFi for the updating of software whereas I want to use mobile data ..s on if u you oh can help me out I’ll be really happy

Didn't you get the option shown below when you started the update?
iPhone SE 1st Gen was released on 21 March 2016 and iPhone 7 on 16 September 2016. Just for your info.
If you disable WiFi and start the iOS update you will see screenshots 2 & 3 asking for the Continue option. Else it will seek confirmation from you on whether to use Mobiel Data or not.
