iPhone disconnects from 5g & wifi multiple times/day

Since I changed to the new iphone 14, I am running this issue where no matter if I am connected to wifi or I am on my cellular data internet, my connection it gets randomly disconnected for 1-2 seconds and then it connects back. Ofc, I did the basic troubleshoot like rr or check the sim card, however the issue persists for couple weeks. Updated to 16.6 and the issue still continue.

On my old device, an iphone X running up to 16.5.1, I had a similar issue where time to time it will not automatically connect to the wifi, but it will do it manually. As far as I understand, that was caused as I am running a VPN on my phone.

However, the issue seems to be different now. Anyone had this situation? Any tips?
