I purchased a subscription but how do I use it?

I have a “receipt” saying I purchased BetterMe subscription for 39.99 and I went into app and it took me through the information process then to get my plan it asked me to purchase again…

Where did you buy the subscription? Who issued the receipt?


IOS app subscriptions must be bought as an in-app purchase using the iOS App Store.
