Backing up and deleting iPhone child account remotely

My sons iPhone won’t switch on and before sending it for repair, I’d like to (1) Back it up to iCloud, and (2) delete all data on it - REMOTELY as the phone does not switch on. How do I do this? Note that it’s a child account. Thank you.

iPhone I have a problem with my phone and my daughters iPhone linking up and I need hers to unlink so that it doesn’t mess up my contacts and pictures basically everything! She is using my old iPhone and had an android phone but it tried to catch fire while charging and she put her old SIM card in the iPhone but all my info is still there I thought I had factory reset it but now I’m not sure and don’t want to chance losing my account information if we do it any suggestions

How to disconnect one iphone from another? My son was using my old iphone when I switched to a newer one and both phones were linked because I had the same apple ID. Now, we got him a new iphone and I created an apple ID for him, but the phones are still linked somewhere/somehow. Every time I update either one of the phones, it updates the other one. I keep removing his old & new phone from my list, but it keeps popping back up. Obviously there is something that is keeping them connected, I just can’t figure out what. It’s starting to frustrate me. Help!!

The iPhone must be functional and operative to do a iCloud back up , you can’t delete all data remotely if you are going to send it for repair you can disable find my from iCloud.com/find
