Hi,

AirPrint is already supported by the iPhone but you would need an AirPrint printer model (see About AirPrint - Apple Support). With an AirPrint printer it is possible to print from the iPhone without an additional app. The printer must be connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router) as the iPhone.

In case of difficulties recognising an AirPrint printer (and if all settings are OK), you may want to try the following procedure in the described order (do not forget the router):

Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the iPhone, and all other computers/devices. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the iPhone. Finally, power on all other computers/devices.

If it does not work, or if your printer is not AirPrint-enabled, please post back with the exact make and model. There may be other solutions (including an iOS app from the printer manufacturer, or a Mac with special software operating as a print server for a USB printer).
