Updating payment method
I followed the directions on how to update my payment method. You are still using the eliminated card.
How do I get you to update your files?

Did you remove the old card from your Apple ID account (not your Apple Wallet)? Did you add the new method/card to your Apple ID Account? Please follow this path to verify.
iPhone > Settings app > tap [Your Name at top of screen] > tap Payment & Shipping > payment method/card appearing at top of list is the default payment method > tap edit button in upper right corner to change default payment method.
The order they appear in your Apple ID Account is the order they will be charged.
