If your iPhone is unresponsive, connect your iPad to its Power Adapter and allow the iPad to charge. Then, while still connected to external power, try a forced-restart:

Force restart iPhone

If iPhone isn’t responding, and you can’t turn it off then on, try forcing it to restart.

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Note:  For force restart instructions for iPhone 7, iPhone 6s, or iPhone SE (1st generation)—models that don’t support iOS 16—see the iOS 15 version of this page.

If iPhone doesn’t restart after you try these steps, see the Apple Support article If your iPhone won’t turn on or is frozen. Or if your iPhone isn’t working as expected after you restart it, see the iPhone Support website.

Same thing happened to my iPhone Pro Max. While I was talking on the phone, screen turned Green and no matter what do you do Green screen doesn't do away. I think it is green screen of Death. It is so disappointing that after spent so much money on the phone it just died on me. Even though it doesn't have any kind of damage at all. And instead Apple should stand behind their product, they are acting like a used car sales.

So disappointed. With worst Apple want to charge $500 plus taxes and saying that it will have 90 days warranty.

So seems like they know that they are selling Lemon. And their product or repair can't even last longer.

When I told asked let me get in touch with Customer relations, he said no I can't let you talk to anyone. Apple should know what kind of people they are hiring.

It was the most disappointed experience so far since iPhone 1.
