IPad Air 4th gen USB-C headphones not working?

So my fix is you plug in your USB-C wired headphones and play around with the volume buttons and wait. As silly as it sounds it genuinely worked for me when nothing else did. My iPad takes about 3 almost 4 minutes to finally connect my headphones.

And a way to find out if it's connected is through the control panel and keep your eye on the volume logo and wait until it changes into headphones.

I've been having this issue with my iPad Air 4th gen where the USB-C wired headphones wouldnt work. And I couldn't find much on the internet about how to fix it, and the fixes I did find Didn't work for me. Until i finally figured it out! and I thought as I couldn't find it on the internet, id share my fix.
