lost sound on my iPhone 13

When watching videos, adjunct the follow by following the steps in this article: Adjust the volume on iPhone.

If that doesn't help, make sure your iPhone is up-to-date. Updates may not only include new features and security updates, they also may include bug fixes. The latest version is iOS 16.6. Below, we provided the link and steps to back up and update your iPhone. We recommend backing up first to ensure your data is safe.

1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.

2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.

3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.

4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.

5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

Mmm ... seems like you have audio / sound when using cellular, but not with wi-fi when using a browser online ?

Re: "My settings look ok too".

Guess you have checked it is not just the volume is set too low, or is "off" on the actual video's controls.

Wondering which iOS version you have installed on your iPhone 13.

If you haven't already, you might want to try updating to the latest version:

Eg: About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support says 1OS 16.6 is the latest.

If you're using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), check your VPN settings. If you have a VPN turned on, some apps or websites might block content from loading.

Or

If you use "Private Relay", you could try turning it off temporarily while watching a video to see if that helps.
