How do I cancel my iCloud account from my Mac? I wish to not use iCloud any more. I followed instructions on the Apple Support website. The pop up window gave me ONLY upgrade options. No downgrade option or cancel option.

iCloud is a free sync service between devices, you do not have to use it: Uncheck all options.
