Is it possible to set account so that no explicit suggestions appear? I’m listening in the car and on the tv and randomly hear explicit songs.

Yep! Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions. For music, tap Music, Podcasts, News, Fitness and change that to clean. You can also choose settings for TV Shows and Movies.
You may have to turn Screen Time, Content & Privacy Restrictions and Content Restrictions on before you can continue to the relevant screen.

Previous location given was for an iPhone. For the Mac, go to > System Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > Store Restrictions > Allow Explicit Music, Podcasts, and News.
Current version of Ventura is 13.5
There is no such option in Settings, at least here (13.4.1).
