We want to help you get your data transferred over to your new iPhone 14 Pro Max, and we have some suggestions that we think will do just the thing.

The first thing to do is to make sure that your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS available, by following the steps here: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. You'll also want to make sure that your Android device is fully up to date as well. Once that looks good, make sure that the Move to iOS app that you downloaded on your Android device is fully up to date by checking for updates in the Google Play store.

After everything is up to date, make sure that your iPhone and Android device are next to each other and that they are both connected to a power source for the duration of the attempted transfer.

Once you have completed all of the steps above to get your devices ready for the transfer, go ahead and try those steps out one more time as described here: Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If the issue continues to occur after following the steps above, go ahead and reach out to Apple directly for some additional assistance. If available in your region, you will be able to work with an AppleCare Advisor to troubleshoot this further and see what might be causing that transfer to fail.
