I’ve made a payment of £50 using apple pay and the money has disappeared from my account but will not appear anywhere else such as bank account or transaction history on the platform I bought the product on. Please help

I purchased the TITANS £50 preorder on hearthstone via my iPad. The purchase said it failed but when I checked my account £50 was missing and there was no evidence of the bundle literally anywhere. Please help, that’s a lot of money

Apple Pay doesn’t transfer funds and never receives funds. Apple is not a bank. The dispute needs to be started with the merchant. If the merchant recognizes a double billing etc., they can issue the refund and that’s the quickest way to resolve the issue.

If the merchant refuses to provide a refund, you need to start a dispute with the bank that issued the credit or debit card that the funds were removed from.

Apple Pay/Apple does not approve or decline transactions. Apple Pay only securely transmits data/card information between the merchant and the bank.
