Why is my Mac not going to sleep when not in use post Ventura 13.5 update?

Since I updated to Ventura 13.5 my Mac will no longer go to sleep when not used. I can use the Sleep command from the Apple menu to make it sleep but why won't it go to sleep as it did before the update.

Well interesting I found that if I kill the Music App the problem went away. I did have my iPad connected to the music app so maybe that stopped the sleep function. Strange but glad it works now.

I've spotted that my mac (13.5) goes to sleep fine when I have adobe premiere as the current selected application but not when I have a browser or finder as the current selected application. However it does eject my external harddrives.

I edit so much of my file engagement is via adobe premiere and I've noticed that when it automatically reconnects the drives, it appends a number at the end of the harddrive name in adobe premiere so all of my footage needs reconnecting as the drive name has changed. The drive name doesnt seem to have a number appended after it in the finder however.

Why is my Mac not going to sleep when not in use post Ventura 13.5 update?
