Hello I have an iPad and am traveling. I could not get the wireless option on American Airlines or while in the hotel. This is my sons iPad and I believe it has to do with restrictions I set on it can you please help

I am unable to connect to the airplane Wi-Fi and now the hotel Wi-Fi. Can you please help?

Back up the iPad using the current Apple ID, and then reset and reload the iPad using your Apple ID.
