License Assignment failed with TokenExpired

Error Code: 0x87D13B88

I saw the iPads are failing to download VPP apps, and just realised Apple has released a new T&C!

So I logged in to ABM and accepted it.

The iPads are still getting the same error, not getting VPP apps installed.

My VPP token is not expired, all the MDM connectors, push notifications are not expired. License is plentiful.

I am not sure what exactly this error means.

Any suggestions?
