forgot screen passcode and did all the steps to restore and update, but it will not work. Error code: the iphone could not be restored, an unknown error occurred (10).
I have an iphone SE 2nd gen. I think one of my kids changed the screen passcode. I followed all the steps to restore it, but it did not work. I received an error code (10) that it could not be restored. any ideas what to do?
