my App Store and iTunes has been disabled and I don’t know how to fix it

iPhone 12, iOS 16

Hi 1Awesome_kid,


If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", it might be because of a payment issue. You will need to contact Apple Support using the link.

See here: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


If your Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons, you will need to reset your password.
