Apple pencil-generation 2, Broken? (Connects to ipad like normal, charges, more than 80% battery)

I have a ipad pro(4th generation), bought it back when it was released in 2020. Recently about a month ago, i dropped it and the tip broke. So i ordered a pack of 2 from amazon, which were not apple brand, but had a great rating. After maybe a week of using it, one day it suddenly became kinda unresponsive and soon became completely unresponsive. Thinking it was because the tips i bought were bad quality, today i went to my local apple store and purchased a 4pack tips. However, when i got home, it connected like usual, battery showed up, and no matter WHAT i did the apple pencil was not responsive on the screen. I restarted the ipad(power button+volume button) up to 3 times, completely unpaired the pencil, screwed the tip on and off, AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK!!! Keep in mind the metal tip covered by the apple pencil tip isn't bent or anything. I am quite concerned. Is this a sign to get a new one, or is there a solution? Tried all the solutions on youtube and google. Nothing works. Fine with getting new one, but feels to early. My other apple purchases seem to be better quality. Please respond apple support!!! I am VERY DESPERATE. Quite a big fan of apple, but the sudden breakage of my pencil has made me quite upset with apple. Please do respond soon, thanks!

As described, having fallen directly onto the tip of your Apple Pencil, the transducer element (that sits immediately under the replaceable tip) may have suffered damage from the impact.

If the metal transducer element is visibly intact, you can try replacing the tip - ensuring that the replacement is screwed snugly into position; you should see a tiny gap, of about the thickness of a sheet of paper, between the tip and pencil body.

If replacing the pencil tip does not resolve this issue, or the tip is not correctly positioned in relation to the pencil body when fitted, then your Pencil is likely to have suffered irreparable damage from being dropped.

While the standard AppleCare limited warranty does not cover accidental damage, if you have purchased the optional AppleCare+ cover for iPad at the same time as purchasing your ApplePencil, AppleCare+ coverage extends to providing cover for your Pencil - including accidental damage.

If you are unable to resolve the problem, you would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad and Pencil:
