I bought an iPhone 14ProMax in Kazakhstan two month ago. Now I am in the US and it does not power on. What are my options?

Basically the title says if all. I have a new iPhone 14ProMax that I bought two months ago back home in Kazakhstan. I travel in summer and I am in the US now. I woke up today and for some reason it is absolutely unresponsive — cold thing with a black screen. I tried to charge the battery, restart it through various button combinations etc but no response. It is a weird situation that I have never been in and quite a loss because I really love my experience with this iPhone. I am new to it but the legend has it that I can hand in my iPhone somewhere and they can give me a new one but I am honestly disoriented. Plus the complication of being abroad. Any thoughts?

See if this helps: If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen – Apple Support (UK). If not, go to an Apple Store or Apple authorized service center for help.
