I bought an iPhone 6s used last October and it didn’t have any problems. Now, it has a huge red spot next to air bubbles next to a huge crack. Does anyone know how to fix it or what to do about it?

I suggest you get a new iPhone.
Nothing older than an iPhone 8, and an iPhone 11 or newer is recommended.
If you dropped it a lot and there is obvious damage, be prepared to buy a new iPhone. It simply would not be worth spending money on such an old out of date iPhone, which can't even run the newest iOS versions.
An iPhone 6s is > 7 years old.
If the problem persists, visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller in your region for assistance to diagnose the problem.
And they could offer a possible solution.
