HI Tesserax, I have 4 Mac air of various ages , 2012, 2017, 2020 iphone12 pro all of those on the first day of installing my new printer were well connected and functioned well but suddenly after 8 days or so they stop to respond or recognised the printer and if they do it is only for a short period of time. Like my Mac Air 2020 venture 13.5 connect last evening and managed to print via wifi but this morning wanted to test if it was stable nope , the printer is listed in my list showing green light first then become red and that is it :(( I reset all equipment, I remove all drivers, reinstall new drivers, set the printer manually the wifi, done whatever I could find to do but no positive results regrettably, I contacted for an hour at the time Canon and Apple but both are unable to assist, both pushing the buck to the other!
I understand Canon and Mac have some issues of connectivity reading through the web . Understand Apple cant build for outside equipment; but it must be a way to resolve this issue as if it managed to connect once for a few days it should be able to be done more permanently and it work without any issue with microsoft computer, then it is to do between Apple and Canon. Wonder if any one around is able to help , my frustration rich is max :((
