Request for a Refund for a previous ineligible request

I requested for a refund from a purchase from Summoner's War Chronicles however it was deemed ineligible twice. After communicating with com2us, they approved the refund and requested to contact Apple for the refund. But I can't request for it anymore in the Report A Problem. What should I do?
