Why do all my tabs have this picture?

why do all my tabs in safari have a mud picture bc they are not websites they are just google searches

You can try going to settings….Safari…Clear History and Website data. However, that will not only wipe history but also all cookies. Any sites you are logged into will have to be logged back into, etc.
