Protecting passwords

How do I turn off passwords on my iphone and only keep them on my Mac Air. I don't want to take a chance of losing my phone and having someone be able to get access to my passwords.

You phone is completely encrypted. .

As long as no one knows your iPhone passcode, your data - including Keychain entries - are VERY securely protected.

Suggest you might consider using a long (longer than six digit) “custom” passcode if you have concerns.

Using Touch/FaceID - if available - further reduces the opportunity for your passcode to be observed.
