Issue with Starbucks app

Is anyone else having trouble purchasing gift cards through the Starbucks app? I have tried it through my phone, through my iPad, directly through the app, and through the iMessage. I keep getting an error when I try to pay.

While purchase ChatGPT plus on app using App Store gift card, while it is always fail? I used a gift card to recharge my app store account with enough funds, and then tried to activate the Plus version on the ChatGPT app. However, it always shows payment failed. Why is that?
