I just updated to macOS 13.5 and received this warning:
System Extension Blocked
The application "Ighub_system_tray" tried to load new system extension(s). If
you want yo enable these extensions. open Privacy & Security in System Settings.
any idea what Ighub_system_tray is for? I can't find online

A quick Google search for ighub will show that it has to do with online educational course materials access. Does that ring a bell for you?
Lhub is for advanced gaming software if that's what you meant to type.
The system tray is a Windows location. It sounds like you have installed something created by lazy developers.
I have a Logitech gaming mouse and a Logitech webcam. Maybe it's related to that, but strange that I never noticed before. I think first letter is lower case "L"
