I tried to dawngrade from ios 17 to ios 16 and when the installation begin it couldn't finish the update or something and it just get stuck into Recovery mode.

Try a Forced Restart. Follow the instructions very carefully.

I have problem with Recovery mode on my phone and i am just stuck in this state where i cant exit the recovery mode.
