How much would it be for my lost iPhone 11 replacement

If you have AppleCare+ Theft and Loss coverage it is a $149 deductible. iPhone Theft and Loss Claims - Official Apple Support and AppleCare Products - iPhone - Apple

If you have theft and loss coverage thru your carrier, please contact them.

Otherwise, if you do not have any theft and loss coverage you will be buying a new phone, so shop around for the model you want and price you are comfortable with.
