You can take your phone to any Apple Store, but be sure to make an appointment for Battery Replacement.

I'm not sure what warranty you could still have on a phone from 7 years ago, but if you need a new battery, you can pay Apple $69 (US), you can get your battery replaced in your phone. And batteries are consumable parts, so not really covered under warranty unless in the first year, the battery health dipped to 80% or less.

Highly unlikely that an iPhone 6s is still under warranty. That would be amazing. But, even if the 6s is still under warranty, you will not get a free battery.

$69 U.S. at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop for a new battery.
