Apple Music not adding or downloading songs to library when prompted

There are specific songs I try to add to my library, automatic downloads turned on, and the song will not add to the library. When I open the menu to add to library, it will still say “add to library” no matter how many times I’ve done it. Interestingly, this is now happening with music I previously had in my library, and downloaded to my phone, and I’m having the same problem on my laptop. Also in this case, the entirety of the album has downloaded and will play, except this single song.

I have done a power cycle, signed in and out of Apple Music, updated to latest version, all to no avail. I’ve had others on my family plan attempt to add to library and download these same songs, and they are able to. I’m not sure what else to try at this point.
