old iphone had no backup how do l put it on my new iphone
I broke my iPhone and can’t plug it in to retrieve data it won’t turn on and the iPhone didn’t have backup turned on how can l get it to my new iPhone

Simple answer is you can't. The time to worry about protecting you data is long before catastrophe strikes. If, by chance you synced with iCloud, you'll be able to sync whatever data you may have synced to the cloud to your new iPhone as long as you use the very same Apple ID on your new device. If you didn't sync with iCloud at all, your data is gone and there is no way to get it back.
