iPhone 11 Pro Max activation lock

So my sister gave me her 11 Pro Max & We tried to unlink the device from her iCloud so we can use it. The phone she gave me is currently locked to owner & we changed her iCloud password & removed it from her find my iPhone. Shes the original owner but she doesn’t have receipt from when purchased. What do i do?

How do I remove the Apple ID (Activation Lock) from an iPad? My MIL has an iPad that she got from Amazon a few years ago. At the time it was a used model. Iphone 8 icloud activation lock How do i get the activation lock of an iPhone 8 i got from my grandparents house and it was linked to some random account so i iTunes restored it and there was a lock on it. then i found out that the phone was linked to the account of somebody that passed away and was borrowing it from my grandpa. how do get it off??

If you removed it from iCloud.com/find then it shouldn't still be under an activation lock and you wouldn't need the receipt.
