Adjust Hijri date ( Islamic calendar)

My islamic date (Hijri date) is showing +1 on iphone, need to adjust it due to lunar months. Please share a fix.

My region is pakistan, here the Hijri date is usually not the same as Saudi Arabia region.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16
