Erroneous post in Apple Maps

Hello, I just added, by mistake, an erroneous name (just that) in an address at Apple Maps.

How can I contact their customer service to inform them?

The Maps apps in both iOS and mac OS have a "Report a problem..." function.

We reported the problem numberous time in Apple Maps, but the address will not be changed. Also, we do not have any business account connected to this location.
