"(null) can’t be installed on “Macintosh HD” because macOS version 11 or later is required" but version 15 is installed.

Recently updated to v15 Catalina but still getting this error message. Tried restarting but nothing changes.

MacOS version 11 is also known as Big Sur.

As of right now, there is no 'version 15', so what you probably have installed is version 10.15 (Catalina), which is the last MacOS version before Apple started bumping the first number (10.x -> 11.x) as opposed to the second number (10.1 -> 10.2 -> 10.3, etc.)
