how do i restore my ipad on windows

So my friend disablled and restarted it to itunes so im having a hard time figuring out so how can i fix my ipad using windows itunes

First try restoring from a backup (if you have been making them to either iCloud or a computer):

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support


If not, see the 'Restore your device to factory settings' or 'If you can't access a computer' section in:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
