No sorry, that is not possible. If your phone is lost AND you had Find My enabled, see this link for help --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
Note that an iPhone which is not powered on nor connected to a network can't be tracked. It would have to be looked for by the old fashioned trace your steps, use your eyes to find it.
