My phn face id is not working

My phone is 12 and isa face id is disable and is not working 10 12 days

iPhone 12, iOS 16

This is generally a hardware issue. If the unit's on an OS version older than 16.6, you might be able to fix it by updating it from a computer or the Software Update function in Settings; otherwise, contact Apple Support.
