everything from Apple is from identified developer Apple.
everything from other Identified developers is signed with their Developer Certificate. Registered Developers pay about US$1000 to be Registered developers, and are issued an revokable Developer Certificate for signing their software. (except for a few minor components from certain Major non-Apple Developers who are too big to be hounded out of town. Example are things like a Microsoft Office startup daemon and a Dropbox updater. In almost every case, the thousands of main-in files in the software package are signed, and only a few stragglers were overlooked.)
anything NOT from a Registered Developer has no place on your well-protected Mac. if you know what it is, and it is essential for your operation, you can make a one-off exception.
The term 'NWSDaemon' comes up [essentially] empty when I search for that exact term. I get four hits for usenet stuff and the rest are in non-Roman languages.
There is some malware that generates random names for its components.
