Okay, I’ll assume you’ve recently acquired an iPhone, and it’s not working with your preferred carrier SIM because of a carrier lock.


If so…


Return this iPhone to the seller for resolution or refund, as it’ll only ever be useful to you if you can convince the carrier to release the carrier lock. And carriers tend not to unlock for third-party buyers, if the carrier even unlocks.


How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier - Apple Support


If the carrier is not displayed in he above-linked info, Apple Support can tell you which carrier is holding the lock.
