Phone not on iCloud device list
I can't find my phone. It's on silent and it's not on my iCloud device list. Is there anything I can do?
My other devices are all showing as offline, including the computer I am using right now.

As you can't find your iPhone under devices on your iCloud account, it means that your device might have been associated with another Apple ID. Do you recall having multiple Apple ID's? If so, try to log into your other accounts to see if your device shows up there.
